We believed we could empower people with a simpler, more thoughtful approach to selling their land and buying land.

IF I DON’T LOVE THE LAND I PURCHASED FROM COUNTRYSIDE ACREAGE, CAN I RETURN IT?

The Countryside Acreage Guarantee includes a 30-day guarantee. If you are unhappy with your land purchase, we’ll exchange it for a similarly valued property. 

Once you let us know you’re unhappy with your land, we’ll will perform due diligence to ensure there hasn’t been any material changes to the land reducing the value of the land. We’ll then buy your land back for the original price less sunk fees, transaction costs (including commissions) and other costs. 

Quick and Easy Buying Process: We believe buying land should be simple and stress-free. Our customer service process was created with your needs in mind to create an easy, seamless process from start to finish. We also accept Bitcoin and Credit Cards (just ask us!).  

Property Free and Clear of All Liens: The property has been checked for any liens from creditors, the IRS, or other entities. We will provide you proof from our title company when you purchase the land. 

No Credit checks or Background Checks: When you make a payment, you own the land! There is no waiting for a credit check to come back. We never require collateral either!

STEP BY STEP PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Choose your property. Remember all properties are sold "as-is, where-is."

- Ask us questions, call the county for additional questions, and complete your due diligence on the property. 

STEP 2: Buy Now!

To purchase the property, click on the "Checkout" button and choose your payment option. There are two types of sales: Pay In Full and Monthly Payments properties. 

Pay In Full Properties: To purchase, complete the checkout process on our website.

We will email you the purchase agreement to sign electronically

Monthly Payment Properties: To purchase, complete the checkout process on our website and send us the down payment via check or money order. 

- There is no credit check and you are automatically approved.

- We will contact you within 24 hours to verify details of the sale, the first payment and the terms.

STEP 3: Closing

Pay In Full Properties

- We close on the property using a 3rd-party Notary (you choose a Notary, mail a cashiers check to the Notary, they come to our office to notarize your deed and deliver the check to us)

- The Notary will mail you the deed via a prepaid UPS label (We will provide instructions to record it with the county clerk)

- You now own the property and can visit it at anytime!

NOTE: All closing costs will be paid by Countryside Acreage if a Notary closes the transaction. If you would prefer to close via a Title Company, you, as the buyer, will pay the closing costs.

It typically takes the county clerk 2-3 weeks to record the deed and they will mail the original deed back to you once it is recorded.  

Making Monthly Payments: All invoices are sent by email, so please ensure that we have a valid emails for you at all times. All monthly payments can be paid by check or credit card. There is a 10 days grace period for any late payments. If payment is more that 10 days late, there is a 10% late fee added to your account. We will send you the welcome packet including the map, driving directions and survey coordinates.

SECURITY & SAFETY

Your payment information is 100% safe and secure. All monthly payments are protected by GeekPay and is securely encrypted.

I sent payment and I received a copy of the deed, survey, and directions and maps a few days later in the mail.
